Product Description
The belt-type color sorter is a high-precision intelligent sorting equipment suitable for easily broken, smooth or irregular materials. Unlike the chute type, the crawler structure can smoothly convey materials and avoid identification errors caused by rolling and jumping.
The belt-type color sorter is particularly suitable for high value-added or fragile materials such as barite, silica, quartz sand, feldspar, phosphate rock, garnet, lithium ore, various agricultural products, chinese medicinal materials and plastic materials.

Working Principle
When the belt-type color sorter is working, the material falls evenly to the conveyor crawler through the vibrating material distribution system, and is stably conveyed to the identification area through the crawler. The high-definition CCD camera captures the image, and the intelligent algorithm judges the color, shape and impurities. The control system issues a command, and the high-speed spray valve accurately removes impurities, and qualified products continue to move forward.
