Introduction
The centrifugal concentrator is a key piece of equipment for small and medium-scale gold recovery.
Correct installation and commissioning directly determine the recovery rate, service life, and overall plant efficiency.

1.Prepare the Site
Before installation, make sure:
Level concrete foundation
Stable water supply (0.1–0.2 MPa)
Correct power supply (380–440V)
Proper feeding size (≤2–6 mm)
A good setup ensures stable running and better gold recovery.
2. Installation Steps
✔ Step 1: Position the Machine
Place the concentrator on the base and level it.
✔ Step 2: Fix the Unit
Use anchor bolts + rubber pads to reduce vibration.
✔ Step 3: Connect Water
Ensure clean water enters the fluidization system.
✔ Step 4: Connect Power
Match motor rotation with the arrow direction.
✔ Step 5: Connect Feeding Line
Ensure even, stable slurry feeding.
3. Commissioning
✔ Dry Run
10–20 minutes without load to check noise, vibration, temperature.
✔ Water Test
Adjust pressure to 0.1–0.2 MPa.
Ensure even water distribution.
✔ Material Test
Start with light feeding → gradually reach full capacity.
4. Performance Adjustment
Rotation speed → affects fine gold recovery
Water pressure → too high loses gold; too low blocks
Slurry concentration → best: 10–30%
Fine adjustment = higher recovery.
5. Maintenance
Clean bowl after each shift
Check seals & lubricate bearings
Remove accumulated heavy sand
Inspect pipelines regularly
Good maintenance extends machine life.
Conclusion
A properly installed and commissioned centrifugal concentrator ensures:
✔ Stable operation
✔ High gold recovery
✔ Low maintenance cost
