Advantages and Features
High-Density Slurry Processing Capability
The CLF-type flotation machine is designed for high-density slurries, capable of handling high-concentration feed materials. It effectively addresses issues such as slurry sedimentation, significantly improving the recovery efficiency of coarse and heavy minerals and ensuring maximum resource utilization.
Low Energy Consumption Operation
Thanks to the innovative impeller, stator system, and optimized slurry circulation path, this flotation machine achieves a significant reduction in power consumption. It not only saves energy but also reduces operational costs, aligning with the trend towards green production.
Working Principle
The CLF-type flotation machine features a high-ratio, backward-inclined blade impeller. The unique design of the lower blades adheres to fluid dynamics principles, ensuring that the slurry follows the prescribed path for internal circulation even at lower speeds. The upper slurry flows through the circulation channel to the false bottom area, where the pressure difference between the aerated and non-aerated zones, combined with the impeller’s suction action, directs the slurry into the impeller zone.
It then passes through the grid plate, forming a suspension layer. This design ensures that coarse mineral particles remain stably suspended above the grid plate, reducing the distance that mineralized bubbles need to rise. It creates optimal shallow tank flotation conditions, while minimizing turbulence in the upper part of the tank, resulting in a stable separation zone and foam layer. This greatly enhances the recovery efficiency of coarse mineral particles.
