Product introduction
CXG-ZN50 intelligent magnetic separator is also known as Davis tube. It is suitable for laboratories such as coal preparation, mining, metallurgy, and geology. It is used to measure the magnetic components of strongly magnetic ores and provide reference data for ore sorting.
CXG-ZN50 intelligent magnetic separator is an improved product based on the traditional national standard magnetic separator. The overall equipment adopts a car-type structure design, with beautiful appearance, flexible movement and easy use. The controller adopts computer control technology, which can perform one-button full-automatic measurement of magnetic field strength during measurement, and directly display the magnetic field strength in full digitalization, with simple operation and intuitive display. The magnetic field output adopts an excitation control module, and the magnetic field strength is steplessly linearly adjusted.
Each magnetic separator is calibrated for magnetic field strength before leaving the factory, which fully meets the requirements of the experimental equipment in the “Test Method for Magnetite Powder for Coal Preparation” (GB/T18711-2002 Section 7).
