Advantages and Features
Powerful Agitation Performance
The combination of a large-diameter impeller and high-speed rotation mechanism delivers unprecedented agitation strength to the slurry and reagents, ensuring maximum contact area and significantly improved mixing results.
Enhanced Circulation Capability
The reinforced agitation function activates the circulation potential of the slurry and reagents, forming an efficient circulation system that lays a solid foundation for subsequent process flows.
Optimized Flow Guide Design
The innovative integration of flow guide structures effectively compresses the negative pressure area, significantly enhancing suction efficiency and elevating the reagent-slurry circulation capacity to new heights.
Strengthened Circulation with Ejector
The specially designed ejector beneath the flow guide further boosts the reagent-slurry circulation intensity, injecting strong momentum into the flotation operation indicators.
Working Principle
The operational secret of the high-efficiency agitation tank lies in the ingenious cooperation between its impeller design and baffle plates. Guided by the impeller, the slurry is ejected axially from the bottom of the impeller, creating a negative pressure zone within the impeller chamber, which draws in slurry from above to form a closed-loop circulation flow. Simultaneously, the baffle plates act like navigational aids, directing the slurry to form a unique vertical circulation flow within the tank—sinking in the center and rising around the edges.
When the upward flow velocity exceeds the natural settling rate of the mineral particles, the particles are suspended in the slurry, maintaining a balanced concentration throughout the slurry system. This ensures optimal conditions for subsequent flotation operations.
