High Processing Capacity and Compact Footprint
With exceptional processing capacity and a compact design, the Kaiyun jig delivers efficient material processing within a limited space, providing outstanding performance per unit area and saving valuable site resources for users.
Working Principle
The Kaiyun jig operates based on the bed pulsation theory, utilizing an optimized pulsation curve design to achieve precise water flow control. The sawtooth waveform pulsation curve ensures that the upward water flow speed is higher than the downward flow speed.
Additionally, the rise time is short while the fall time is long, overcoming the limitations of traditional sine wave pulsation jigs, where the water flow effect times and intensities are the same.
This improved water flow pattern enhances the looseness of the bed layer and reduces the suction effect, providing ample settling opportunities for heavy mineral particles in the ore.
This significantly boosts the equipment’s concentration ratio and recovery rate, ensuring efficient utilization of mineral resources.
