Product Introduction
The SLK High-Efficiency High-Frequency Dewatering Screen, with its unique design, high processing capacity, and thorough dewatering capabilities, is widely used in industries such as tailings dry discharge, concentrate dewatering, slurry thickening, slag removal, and carbon slurry separation.
The SLK High-Efficiency High-Frequency Dewatering Screen outstanding performance and innovative design make it a standout star in the dewatering field.
Advantages and Features
Efficient Dewatering and Structural Optimization
The screen plate side perforation design accelerates dewatering while effectively preventing water from splashing onto the motor, ensuring safe operation and long equipment life.
High-Strength Screen Box and Modular Design
The screen box features a high-strength, riveted structure with excellent rigidity and no thermal stress. Combined with modular screen panels and sealing strips, it provides outstanding sealing performance, ensuring efficient operation and material purity.
Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Materials
The side guard plates are coated with wear-resistant rubber, protecting the dewatering screen from deformation and cracking caused by abrasion, and reducing iron contamination. Contact areas are covered with wear-resistant natural rubber, further enhancing anti-corrosion and wear resistance.
Optimized Screen Surface Inclination and Overflow Pipe Design
The -5° inclination screen surface design ensures lower water content in the screened discharge. The rear low-concentration slurry overflow pipe accelerates dewatering speed and improves efficiency.
Stable Operation and Vibration-Damping Device
The wear-resistant rubber damping device ensures smoother and more durable operation, reduces noise and vibration during operation, and extends equipment lifespan.
Working Principle
The SLK High-Efficiency High-Frequency Dewatering Screen utilizes advanced dual-motor self-synchronization technology to achieve efficient vibration effects through universal eccentric blocks and an adjustable amplitude vibrator. The equipment mainly consists of a screen box, exciters, support system, and motors.
Two independent vibrators operate in synchronous reverse, with the centrifugal forces generated by the two sets of eccentric masses along the vibration direction adding up. The counteracting centrifugal forces cancel each other out, creating a single excitation force along the vibration direction. This results in a reciprocating linear motion of the screen box, enabling efficient dewatering and screening of materials.
